Volkswagen ID. Xtreme, the very mean off-road concept with 388 hp
The Volkswagen unveiled the ID by surprise. Xtreme, a concept car based on the Volkswagen ID.4 GTX that shows the potential of the model in a new look oriented to theoff-road.
Thanks to the work on the management software and the modified engine, the concept delivers 388 hp on the rear axle. The batteries are those of 82 kWh. The Volkswagen did not provide up-to-date performance and range data.
The exterior appearance differs for the wheel arches enlarged by 50 millimeters, the specific off-road tires on 18-inch wheels and the raised suspension.

Volkswagen presented the ID. Xtreme, an all-electricconcept car off-road with all-wheel drive system. The Xtreme is based on the Volkswagen ID.4 GTX and combines the strengths of a modern SUV with the sense of adventure embodied by a rugged off-roader.

ID. Xtreme, an electric man with a gritty "sound"
To complete the transformation, the Volkswagen studied, for this prototype, a new "sound" spread by the cases installed in the wheel arches.
Custom internals for ID. Xtreme
The interior retains the setting of the ID.4 Volkswagen , but has been customized with Alcantarainserts, orange trim and modified front seats.
